Feature-Request: Scoped Adverts

Idea:
Add scopes to adverts

Implementation / Benefits – Companion:
When a user sends an advert manually via the app, they should be presented the same list of scopes that’s available in the channels.
This way, the user can choose a scope for each individual advert.

We’ll use regions/scopes to better control how far messages are spread.
For example, if I mainly want to communicate within my local region "mycity", it makes sense to send my companion advert also with that scope.

Implementation / Benefits – Repeater:
Allow repeater admins to set a default scope in the settings that will be used for automatic flood adverts.

The existing regions can also be used here to limit repeater flood adverts to a specific area.
This helps reduce unnecessary flood traffic and keeps repeater visibility focused on their main region.

Just trying to find ways to limit unwanted traffic.
