commands are always executed as console identity, while what I set should be executed as OP identity

Before using the/plugin reload Command NPC, each player can only interact with the NPC once

1. Start the server with command NPC

2. When the player enters the game, right click on the NPC and there will be a response

3. Players leave the server and come back

4. Right click again, NPC no longer responds
   5.Could an OP please use instructions on the server to forcibly reload Command NPC, restore normal operation, and allow players to interact with NPC multiple times
