Adding a tasks note break Task plugin meta data and Tags.

I noticed that when I add a note to a task that has tags and Task plugin meta data it automaticall removed the / and #. This is not ideal as it break and disconnets the task from the rest of my system. It woudl be great to find a solution how to not due this by defaul but allow for a selection of the text that become notes title.
