Option to migrate only specific patches #63

First of all, thanks for such a great tool.
In our organization we have multiple db environments. But deployment doesn't take place as a whole. Sometimes we need specific functionalities to be deployed to other environments. It will be great if we can have a feature to migrate only specific patches.
