Date Modified (in recent file list) is meaningless #9747

Describe the bug
in the Recent list, from the Home screen, bots are listed by last accessed, but the Date Modified date is meaningless, hardly ever changing, as it is based on the project folder creation date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:
Open a project, and modify it, add something to the UI or alter some text, the Go back home.
You'll notice the Date modified has not been updated - you could be using a bot from 2 months ago, and it might still say 2 months ago.
