Version info for v12 in ftkver.txt is "12.0" but GitHub release is "v12"

🐛 Problem

I have upgraded from 11.0 to 12.0 and I its run the adf job : config_InitializeHub which is having a part failure.

👣 Repro steps

TODO: Add repro steps below:

1. Go to ADF - Pilelines- config_InitializeHub
2. Run the Pipeline.
3. Open the Job
4. See error

This should run successfully but for me getting failed.

If the "If Has Capacity" activity is failing in the ADF pipeline, it usually indicates that the Azure Data Explorer cluster is under stress or temporarily unable to accept more commands. The pipeline includes a retry mechanism for this condition.

Has this pipeline continued to fail consistently, or did it eventually succeed after a few retries?

If it is still failing, it might be worth checking:

Overall ADX cluster load and ingestion volume at the time of the failure

Whether other commands or pipelines targeting the same cluster are also affected

If autoscale or an appropriate capacity level is configured for the cluster

Any additional run history or failure timestamps would also help narrow down whether this is a transient capacity issue or something more structural.

No, As there was nothing running. I rerun this job, still the same error.

Pipeline says success, but these two components, as in the initial screenshot, are failing.

I checked and the correct URL should be https://github.com/microsoft/finops-toolkit/releases/download/v12/PricingUnits.csv

But released is version 12 under v12: https://github.com/microsoft/finops-toolkit/releases/tag/v12

This leads to invalid paths. I guess this must be fixed in the deployment process.

Also, there might be a follow-up issue. I've only tested this in Fabric, but it looks like GitHub Http redirects are not supported (any longer):
