DynamicAutomationPeeris from react-native-windows which is an react-native implementation of accessibility. The goal is to allow customer to override the functionality of a control's AutomationPeer with a declarative way in Xaml, and customer doesn't need to implement a new AutomationPeer.I didn't have all UI Automation Providers in this document, and just add ToggleProvider and ExpandCollapseProvider to illustrate the ideas.
