Unable to select numbers if it is a hyperlink

Describe the bug

When selecting a hyperlinked number the selection starts at the beginning of the line instead of the place where the mousebutton is clicked.

Used version: Windows App SDK 1.7.x or latest Windows App SDK 1.8.0: 1.8.250907003

Why is this important?

The user needs to apply a workaround. For example by selecting all text, copy to notepad, and then select the right number.

Steps to reproduce the bug

1. Enter chat message with a number in the middle.
2. Mouse down just before the hyperlinked number.
3. Mouse up after the hyperlinked number.

I can confirm this is an issue using the TextBox control with Hyperlink inline controls.
