ToggleSwitch should follow app's PrimaryLanguageOverride
Summary
When overriding an app's UI language, the ToggleSwitch still follows Windows Settings. Ideally it would follow the rest of the UI.
Rationale
Well, it's simple. You have an app with translated strings. You set PrimaryLanguageOverride to one of those (say, in App.xaml.cs) and the the ToggleSwitch labels are shown in a different language. 😟
