Restore vcpkg self-referential dependencies

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Restore self-referential dependencies. Due to #355, vcpkg would crash when self-referential dependencies were specified. Hence #354 removed them by specifying the transitive dependencies explicitly.

Describe the solution you'd like
Once vcpkg is fixed to handle self-referential dependencies, the old netremote[xxx] dependencies as specified in vcpkg.json should be restored.
