[BUG]: Creator KIT AI Reference App Capability Error GCC tenant

Describe the bug
When launching the Creator KIT AI Reference App I get several similar error messages about the capability not being available. Is this due to the AI Models not being supported by GCC tenants currently? I'm using the latest version of the Creator Kit AI solution 1.0.20250117.2 and version 1.0.20250310.1 of the Creator Kit solution.
