[iPad] Unable to vertically scroll to “Add Criteria” button #7272
Description
Describe the bug
On iPad device, the page cannot vertically scroll far enough to bring the “Add Criteria” button into the viewport. As a result, the button remains partially/fully off-screen and cannot be tapped.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1.Open https://arcade.makecode.com/beta--eval on iPad.
2.Attempt to scroll vertically to the bottom where “Add Criteria” appears.
3.Observe that vertical scroll stops earlier than expected; the button is not reachable and cannot be tapped.
Actual behavior
Vertical scrolling stops prematurely, leaving “Add Criteria” off‑screen and untappable.
Expected behavior
Vertical scrolling should allow the Add Criteria button to be fully visible and tappable.
