make pre-run notebooks for segyconverter utility and SEResNet available in main README - facilitates faster quick-start experience

Pre-run all notebooks under examples/* and make them available in WASB and link in the main README file - we can't store large images in git so we store notebooks in blank form with output cleared and then link to pre-run notebooks in WASB.

Good idea to automate this as a separate build job - as soon as release to master happens, we update the notebooks in the WASB location to keep them current with the released code.
