Support for podman specific features

Currently looking at using this extension with openshift dev spaces for work, but have to use with podman. I currently have the project forked and am working on adding support for podman specific features specifically Pods (same idea as kubernetes pods where multiple containers can be made to share a local network). Just wanted to check first if this would be allowed? Feature would only be enabled when selecting podman as the runtime environment.

I think it would be fine to add, though you will want to update the ContainerClient / ContainerOrchestratorClient contracts accordingly, and have the Docker-based clients return CommandNotSupportedError, similar to what PodmanClient will do for Docker context features.

It would also be good to use VSCode's when clause contexts to selectively hide the commands/features when not in Podman mode, to reduce confusion.
