Feat: Support TRPC query cancellation with AbortSignal #320
Description
implement this on the vscodeLink.ts level so that we can provide the AbortSignal object in context and this code takes care of proper messaging and cancellations on the backend side.
This includes:
- updating trpc to the latest version
- including tests
