Connect to SQL managed instance dialog

I don't know if it's my problem or a current limitation, but from the "connect to database" dialog with input type "browse azure" I'm not able to see any "SQL managed instance".

• If it's my problem, any idea on how to fix it?
• If it's a current limitation, would be a nice feature to add.
