Alt-LeftDrag for column select

Can Alt-LeftDrag be bound to the same functionality as Alt-Shift-LeftDrag (column select)?

That's the way most other editors do it:

Atom (with Sublime Style Column Selection)
Eclipse
Notepad++
Programmer's Notepad
Sublime
Visual Studio 2015

It seems like issue #5402 got sidetracked by the virtual space issue. I don't care about that.

I'm happy with the existing column select. I just want it bound to Alt-LeftDrag for muscle memory reasons. Alt+LeftDrag doesn't seem currently used for anything so it's not even a conflict (same function could be bound to both the existing Alt-Shift-LeftDrag and Alt-LeftDrag).
