issues with MIN browser, please solve! please send a reply to my mail adress

I do like MIN browser in windows 11.

I want to report three in my opinion seriius problems

1. !settings page: disable scripts option, is not reversible, and leads to big unsolvable problems.
2. uninstall reinstall min browser does keep the old problems instead of giving a fresh new installation
3. printing does not give a print preview with the possibility of printing for instance one of many more pages.

Ad.1. Settings page Min browser:
I did change in preferences page: content blocking: the block scripts option.
It was meant as a temporary change, to see what exactly it will yield.
Since then, The preferences page does NOT show up anymore, to reverse this change.
Since then, I cannot load properly web pages that need Java script.

Ad.2. Problem solving by uninstall reinstall MIN browser does not succeed, old settings are kept
Since then, I did UNinstall MIN browser, and reinstall it afterwards,
BUT the old problem is kept alive, despite uninstall, within the settings.
This should not happen, when uninstalling, the program afterwards should start afresh.

Ad.3. Print preview is not presented, with choices for printing, f.ex. pdf printing
The third problem I want to mention: it is really a pity that when printing, I do NOT get the print preview.
The page of the print preview is left blank.
It does not give a choice in printing which pages either.

Shouldn't this be three separate issues? + Min version?

1. Good catch, I've fixed this in Pass webContents rather than view to getWindowFromViewContents #2658. In the meantime, there's a workaround: open the settings page, then click the "new tab" button, then switch back to the settings page, and it will appear.
2. I think it's expected that settings are kept after a reinstall. You would need to delete this folder to erase settings: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Min
3. This is a limitation of Electron; I agree it would be nice to have this, but I don't think we're likely to implement it.

We don't offer email support, but Github should send replies to your email if you configure your notification settings.
