REF value ignored

Error description

• Changes to Application manifest in a PR (specifically readiness probe config)
• Deploy from PR
• REF in deploy action specified to PR branch
• Deploy fails due to the action calling readiness probe using endpoint prior to the change in the PR
• The Application manifest shown in the Nais console is correct.

Other improvements

It would be nice to log what ref the action is using for deployment

Ref is defined in a Config struct and it's populated by passing it as an env, "REF".
But we do not use it anywhere, this could be a a bug or that we forgot to clean up something else.
