Add user/label search

Via @mattcantstop's suggestion:

> nathos, you should add a script to your .ghinfo program that tells you what issues have a label "waiting" so we can have a workflow around when people are waiting on someone on our team for something. I'd use that a lot. Just get in first thing in the morning and type ".ghinfo mattcantstop waiting" or something like that.
