Typecheck workflow is broken

An npm-package requires that the OS is freebsd, which expo probably uses, and not linux when we run the job. This breaks the workflow, and makes it unusable.

I think moving the expo ngrok dependency to the optional dependencies will fix this. The package is not required to typecheck the code.
