Add error message on activity page if a location has activity disabled

Currently, the activity page does not take into consideration if the location has disabled activity or not.

Solution

• When rendering a location, check if activity has been disabled (activity_level_disabled), and render a message that tells the user that this is the case. It should also provide a link to the page where you can enable it.
