[Task] Fixing existing near-lake framework examples

Background

We have two examples, one in JS and one in Rust, we need to update both to use the latest version of near-lake-framework

Acceptance Criteria

• https://github.com/near-examples/indexer-tx-watcher-example-lake
• https://github.com/near-examples/near-lake-raw-printer-js
• Merge both into a single repo called near-lake-basic or similar
• Make sure they are on our docs
