[Task] Add "Coming from Eth" section to EVM. #602
Description
Background
Recent feedback from a developer building on the platform highlighted two common pain points for devs coming from Ethereum; our async environment and storage fees. In our EVM section, we just have a link to Aurora and what Aurora is, but we should have a page "Coming from Ethereum" or similar that explains new concepts season'ed EVM devs are not familiar with and how to resolve them.
User Story
As a developer experienced with building EVM-based applications, I want to know about common pitfalls I might expereince when trying out NEAR and new concepts I will need to know.
