Create Agent for smart contract security audit

We have a couple docs explaining how to build smart contracts securely. I also remember there were a couple public hacks for which we could dig up the post mortem. Ideally we could feed all of it into a vector store (or directly into a prompt?) and use it to audit contracts

On creating the agent we realized that we actually need to update our security docs, as they are a bit too "conceptual" and do not have enough examples to be meaningful for an AI, we will update the docs and come back to this
