Quotes. Add CAPTCHA support #7895
Description
Allow a store owner to enable or disable CAPTCHA for "Request for quote" and "Quote". Add it to the page where a customer submits a new RFQ
Add a new setting to the plugin configuration page (no need to add multi-store support). Also add a warning (like we do on other pages) if a store owner ticks this checkbox but when the reCAPTCHA setting is disabled.
