No point in "name not yet loaded"

Now that we have a local copy of the metadata thanks to #164, it is no harder, and usually easier, to get the name of a sequence than it is to get its values. Therefore, we should simply always get its name whenever we are asked for its values, and remove any instances where the name is set to "name not yet loaded".
