Failed tailwindcss class not update when deploy to github pages

Hi,
i have tried to add "rounded-md mt-5" to hero article. in localhost it succeed, but failed if push to github pages. please help.

fixed custom thumbnail

from -> doc : ./layouts/partials/hero.html
to -> ./layouts/partials/hero/basic.html
