UPopover mode hover shouldn't trigger click

Description

<UPopover mode="hover"> should only open when hovered not clicked, now clicking is triggering this too. If it's intentional please I need maybe "only-hover" mode. Also popovers mode="hover" isn't working in mobile (touch)
