Network access to oVirt Engine

Hi Folks,

A complete newbie here and am looking for help.

I am looking at oVirt for the first time and have a pretty default lab instal, DNS comes from a Server 2019 host, oVirt Host is a VM on an ESXi 7 host, NFC also a ESXi host.

If I am fortunate to get the engine to install/deploy, I am never able to access it from any machine on the network other than the oVirt host??

The networking is configured correctly, the engine can ping the default GW but I am not able to ping the engine from anything on he same network and I cannot access the engine via the browser.

Any pointers would be great, because the oVirt discussion forms have not approved the creation of my account after a week of waiting?
