Description
trailingStop has to be double instead of integer.
JSon deserialize crashe otherwise.
According to
http://developer.oanda.com/rest-live/trades/#getInformationSpecificTrade
trailingStop: Optional Trailing Stop distance in pips, up to one decimal place
