Keep replaced match in archive

If an ongoing match is replaced by a new match, then it would be good if the previous state was archived, such that it could be restored in case the replacing happened by accident.

This came out of #63 btw.

A match in progress is already archived, but only if at least one game has finished.
Else it is considered as some quick 'test' scoring or erroneous match selection.

I'll consider to incorporate a confirmation dialog... to cover all cases

Is there a reason not to archive every game that is being replaced by another? I figure better safe than sorry, no?
