Import from Telegram

Please add one more option of telegram. As obsidian takes so much time to capture note so I use telegram to capture it by creating private groups and that's why in my telegram lot of notes are collected in the form messages. So is there a way to import those msg as markdown file.

For info, telegram also has export message option.

I was looking into building this feature but it looks like all of the clients of Telegram is actively maintaining right now do not have an option to export your chat history.

Do you know which client I can use to get an export of my Telegram chat history?

Telegram Desktop (for Windows) contains a chat export feature into HTML. Not sure about Web, Mac or Linux

Telegram could export to JSON format and there're are already implemented converters:

I have created PR with the implementation of the Telegram importer, which I created for the personal needs of one person.
Maybe someone will find it useful when creating the final version of the Telegram integration.
