Help Wanted: CAMEL Agent Integration

We need a CAMEL agent runner that allows CAMEL (Communicative Agents for Mind Exploration of Large Language Model Society) agents to connect to OpenAgents networks. Similar to the existing LangChain integration (LangChainAgentRunner in src/openagents/agents/langchain_agent.py), create a wrapper class that enables CAMEL's role-playing agents to receive network events, use network tools, and collaborate with other agents.
