Help Wanted: PydanticAI Agent Integration

We need a PydanticAI agent runner that allows PydanticAI agents to connect to OpenAgents networks. Similar to the existing LangChain integration (LangChainAgentRunner in src/openagents/agents/langchain_agent.py), create a wrapper class that enables PydanticAI's type-safe agents to receive network events, use network tools, and send responses back to other agents.
