Consolidate configuration files #209
Description
As in Jsorolla each tool now comes with an embedded default configuration, maybe it would be better to re-evaluate the needs of having different configuration files in IVA (config.js, tools.js) and consolidate them in just one file containing custom configuration only (as there is no need to re-define the default one).
