Improve test coverage. #140
Description
Codecov has been installed and run for PyDDA. Serious improvements are needed to the current test suite as overall coverage is 58%. Some of this is because the tensorflow tests are skipped since it is an optional dependency. However, the non tensorflow-related functions
The following functions need unit tests to improve the test coverage:
pydda.initialization.make_background_from_wrf
pydds.initialization.make_initialization_from_hrr
pydda.constraints.make_constraint_from_era5 needs a test for file_name=None
Unit tests for the augmented Lagrangian (auglag) engine.
