[Feature Request] Add feature to filter test results with tag name e.g. @sanity, @smoke

Currently allure support filtering test case result in UI based on Test case name or id.
It would be much useful and needed to filter test cases on tag/label.

Similar functionality is there in Playwright-Typescript built-in html reported.
Adding tags filter on suite and behavior tabs will make allure reporting even more powerful.

In Allure 2, use the tag:foo,bar search query to show only tests with both foo and bar tags. For example, for your report:

As for Allure 3, this feature is in our backlog (allure-framework/allure3#155) and will be implemented in the future.

I was unable to find tag:something in documentation or any other forum, hence was not aware.
