Import from Dockerfile/docker-compose

I'd be a great addition to be able to import an existing docker schema file, so the ddev suite gets the config from it

I'll explain myself with an specific example:
I'm working in a new project, and they have a Dockerfile and docker-compose.yml of the project for development. I want to integrate it to ddev, so I can use the ddev commands in this project

I don't think we probably can adequately translate a random docker-compose.yml + Dockerfile to a DDEV configuration. There's just too much to understand there.
