Using Templates on self-hosted

Currently I don't see an easy way to use templates in self-hosted.

It would be great if the template library allowed the "Use this template" to redirect to self-hosted and install a template, or even just start a new form.

Alternatively, an "export form" and "import form" functionality could be used.
