Broken URLs

Hey, I can't find the repository for the https://protomaps.com website so forgive me for opening an issue here.

It would be helpful if the the old extract URLs could redirect to the new URL format, because anyone who bookmarked or saved an extract URL is now getting a 404, which is quite confusing. I initially thought that the service had been shut down...

Specially, it would be good if https://protomaps.com/extracts/XXX and https://app.protomaps.com/downloads/osm/XXX redirected to https://app.protomaps.com/show/XXX

The repo for https://protomaps.com isn't on GitHub.

I added a redirect from app.protomaps.com/downloads/osm/XXX to /show/XXX.

2 things to note:

• In the future there will not be a way to link to a UUID indefinitely for the future, only for a limited period, because I am removing the database portion of the application.
• The URL will be migrated from app.protomaps.com to downloads.openstreetmap.us
