Web arrows in the Places application not functioning consistently

Headset is Rift CV-1
SteamVR Runtime

When using the back arrow in the Places application, it occasionally does not bring me to my previous world, but instead the first starting void world. This has happened on multiple occasions for seemingly no reason.

For me it works consistently. Maybe it only happens on Windows or in VR?

Place app use the API. if something fail it might be more the API side. This is where the travel history is built
