Comment on [line 40](https://github.com/paircolumbus/FixTheTreeTDD/blob/master/lib/tree.rb#L40) is no longer correct. Looks like it needs changed to [line 64](https://github.com/paircolumbus/FixTheTreeTDD/blob/master/lib/tree.rb#L64).
