Consider migrating to hackrf_sweeper #68

It might be worth your while to take a look at https://github.com/subreption/hackrf_sweeper and integrate it. It seems there are enough potential users that could benefit from it.
Unfortunately, I do not have the bandwidth to take on this task, and I also do not have any particular interest in finishing the Windows build target, at least for the time being. I will welcome any PRs for either of those, however.
