I just downloaded the latest source and upgraded from the 1.5 bundle. The upgrade went fine, after installing the bundler gem, but now I'm getting the following error:

For now, downgrade rubygems: gem update --system 1.6.2

I'm getting this error, not on my local machine, but on Heroku when I try to run the console. Console loads but calling any model throws uninitialized constants. Any ideas?
