Is anyone maintaining this project anymore? If not, has someone forked and kept it up to date? I see a lot of forks but all seem to be 2-3 years old.

I am looking into bringing this project back. I am making some improvements and will be pushing it out soon.

Check out 'strano'. It's on github. Recent merge includes adding support for non-GitHub projects.
