Displaced message input in split screen mode (iPad)

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Telegram as slide over (the issue does not occur in split screen mode).
2. Open a chat.
3. Tap into the message input field.
4. The software keyboard opens (if there's no hardware keyboard connected).
   => An empty space between the message input bar and the software keyboard appears.

(Maybe there's something wrong with your constraints? I couldn't check on my own, as I couldn't find the respective files.)

Tested device
2018 iPad Pro 11" on iOS 12.2
