auth.sendCode sends "Telegram code XXXXXX" instead of app name #55
Description
For third-party apps that use auth.sendCode, the SMS the user receives says "Telegram code 123456". This is confusing for the user, since they are looking for a code for the given third-party app which has a different name.
I would expect it to use the Short Name for the corresponding api_id.
