Connection Leak

Upon startup I am getting many messages that look like this. 1/2 say "PostgreSQL 16/Univerisal Metadata Schema - Database connected." and the other 1/2 say "Successfully run. Total query time 9 secs 198msec. 4 rows affected."

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Nothing is required to reproduce it. It happens on startup before doing anything else. Everytime I start pgAdmin it's worse until it can't even start.

Expected behavior

I expect pgAdmin to open normally. It used to work fine.

Error message

I am running pgAdmin 4 version 9.11 on Windows 11. Not using a browser or package.

These notifiers are meant for the connections of Query tool or View/Edit Data tab got restored. There is no connection leak happening here.

Do you have some tools tab open before closing the pgAdmin application? If yes, these notifiers are expected.

I'll check to see if any tool tabs are open next time I shut down.

I still think there is a problem because there were so many open connections at one point that pgAdmin wouldn't even open.

Please share the screenshots where you found about the list of connections which pgAdmin is not going to open? Please describe the issue and add some logs or screenshots.
