Service didn't received event from kafka #2
Description
We have been contacted by user saying he can't answer quizz on production environment.
After some research we found that the user database and quizz database weren't synchronized.
We made a manual synchronization for the moment, but we need to dive into this incident.
We also, checked that users service and kafka dispatched the user creation event but it seems that the quizzes services didn't received the information and didn't updated his database.
We have to explain how the quizz service didn't handled the evenment.
